Do you know someone who deserves a Pride of Essex Award?
These awards are open to individuals who reside in Essex.
What to consider when nominating someone:
Firstly we are looking for individuals, who give their time and effort unselfishly, either by caring for others, or raising funds for worthwhile causes.
Secondly we are searching for adults and children who have managed to achieve in life, despite adversity. The achievements may be as simple as qualifying to attend regular school, despite having spent a great deal of time undergoing treatment in hospitals, or as outstanding as appearing in the Paralympics.
The winners will all receive recognition by way of a cheque as well as a coveted trophy, the money awarded may be kept by the individual or donated to the charity of their choice.
Entrants cannot nominate themselves.
There are no entry fees, even the cost of a stamp can be avoided by filling in a nomination form online so nominate now!
