These awards are open to individuals who reside in Essex.

What to consider when nominating someone:

Firstly we are looking for individuals, who give their time and effort unselfishly, either by caring for others, or raising funds for worthwhile causes.

Secondly we are searching for adults and children who have managed to achieve in life, despite adversity. The achievements may be as simple as qualifying to attend regular school, despite having spent a great deal of time undergoing treatment in hospitals, or as outstanding as appearing in the Paralympics.

The winners will all receive recognition by way of a cheque as well as a coveted trophy, the money awarded may be kept by the individual or donated to the charity of their choice.

Entrants cannot nominate themselves.

There are no entry fees, even the cost of a stamp can be avoided by filling in a nomination form online so nominate now!

You can email to request a nomination form or fill in the form below. We will also be happy to take your nomination information via email  - whatever way best suits you. Simple!

Only one nomination form is required per person/group being nominated.  Judging is based entirely on the information given e.g. Inspiration, Selflessness, Generosity, Overcoming Adversity etc.  Judging is not made on the amount of nominations received for any one person/group -  Thank you.
